		<description>Yes, that's true, you can see the bookmarks in the 'private' user.  It doesn't associate you with the bookmark, which semi-private.  I guess it still shouldn't be used for URLs that are still supposed to be private, but it can be used to bookmark public URLs that you don't want people to know you have bookmarked.

		<description>I'm not sure this functionality is reliable. For example, if I tag something "for:chris" (what the "private" bookmark stuff uses, as I understand it), it still shows up in my bookmarks to anonymous users, but it doesn't have that tag associated with it. So it's a private tag rather than a private bookmark. We do intend to support private bookmarks when our service providers support them. :)</description>
